During my stay, I was blown away by the stunning view of the castle and the Danube from my room that made every moment special, and the central location allowed me to easily stroll to nearby landmarks like St Stephen's Basilica and the charming Fisherman’s Bastion without breaking a sweat. As a solo traveler, I appreciated having the M-Lounge for a cozy dining experience right at my fingertips, offering delicious breakfasts to fuel my adventures. But the hotel's exterior could use a little sprucing up to match the beauty inside.

We had an awesome stay, especially enjoyed the breakfast with a fabulous selection and the stunning panoramic views from our room. Plus, the rooftop bar was a perfect evening spot!

The views of the Danube and Buda Castle from the room were breathtaking, and the modern amenities made the stay enjoyable. However, the air conditioning struggled during warm weather and the elevators were slow at times. Still, the staff was friendly and accommodating throughout the visit.

However, the accommodations were disappointing. the room felt cramped, and the tiny bathroom was poorly designed. Soundproofing was inadequate, leading to interrupted sleep due to noise from neighboring rooms. The staff were friendly, but the lack of attentive concierge service left much to be desired.

This place suits me perfectly! With free wi-fi, a fantastic bar/lounge area, and a cute snack bar, everything I need is here. The staff even assisted me with directions during my first stay. Highly recommended!

Additionally, the minibar lacked basic accoutrements like a bottle opener, making it a hassle to enjoy any drinks. The bathroom had its quirks too. the chipped fixtures felt a bit neglected, and the overall size cramped, notably the bathtub—which I could barely fit in, if I'm honest. Even the breakfast area had moments of chaos, especially at peak hours, where maneuvering through the crowded space felt like a game of Twister.

I hit the culinary jackpot with fantastic vegan options around! The breakfast buffet had a lovely selection, with egg dishes made to order. Plus, the rooftop bar served an expansive beer selection—perfect for unwinding after a walk along the Danube. Oh, and the location is prime, steps away from some of the tastiest joints like DNB Budapest and Comme Chez Soi!

However, I faced a few hiccups. My first room had issues with the bathroom amenities—I had broken trash can lids and no bottle opener for the mini bar! Despite raising these issues, nothing was fixed. it felt a bit ignored. It didn’t help that I found myself in a room with someone else's welcome letter!
